1. Information we collect

Assessment responses

When you complete the career assessment, we store your answers, a session identifier, and timestamps. Responses are linked to assessment questions for scoring and report generation.

Report data

We generate and may cache Career Intelligence Report content, including AI-generated narrative interpretations associated with your session.

Technical information

Like most websites, we may receive standard technical data such as browser type, device information, and general usage logs through our hosting and analytics providers.

Assessment completion timing

When an assessment is completed, we may store one session-linked timing record containing active visible-page time, first-to-last-response elapsed time, question count, assessment version, and a quality flag. We do not use this measurement to score you, monitor individual question time, or create a device fingerprint.

Ratings and feedback

Report ratings and optional written feedback help us improve the product. We include a rating in the public anonymous aggregate only when you opt in. Written feedback is not published as a testimonial without a separate, quote-specific release, and you may withdraw submitted feedback from your report page.

2. How we use information

We use collected information to:

• Generate and display your assessment results and report
• Improve assessment quality, scoring, and report content
• Evaluate aggregate assessment completion-time claims
• Maintain service security and prevent abuse
• Provide customer support when you contact us

We do not sell your personal assessment responses to third parties for their marketing purposes.

3. AI narrative generation

When enabled, we may send structured assessment summaries (scores, top matches, and pathway suggestions — not raw question text in bulk) to a third-party AI provider to generate personalized narrative interpretation. Providers are contractually required to use data only to deliver the requested output.

4. Data storage and retention

Completed assessment responses, report emails, generated narratives, timing records, and feedback are normally retained for up to 24 months after session activity so the report can be revisited and the product can be evaluated. Incomplete sessions are normally removed after 30 days. Pending or canceled payment records are normally removed after 90 days. Limited completed-payment records may be retained for up to seven years for accounting, refunds, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Legal holds and applicable law may require different periods.

5. Sharing with service providers

We use trusted vendors for hosting, database storage, and optional AI generation. These providers process data on our behalf and only as necessary to operate 3volv3.ai.

6. Your choices

• You may choose not to complete the assessment
• You may request access to or deletion of session-linked data
• You may delete session-linked personal data directly from your report
• You may disable cookies in your browser (some features may not work)

7. Children's privacy

3volv3.ai is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us to request removal.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
