3. The service

3volv3.ai provides a self-guided career assessment and generates a Career Intelligence Report based on your responses. The report may include AI-generated narrative interpretation alongside deterministic scores, career matches, and pathway suggestions.

The service is for educational and exploratory purposes. It does not constitute professional career counseling, psychological evaluation, or employment guarantees.

4. Accounts and sessions

Assessment progress is associated with a session identifier. You are responsible for keeping your session link private if you wish to restrict access to your results. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from shared links.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes or to harm others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems
• Submit false, misleading, or automated assessment responses at scale
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit report content without permission

6. Intellectual property

All content, branding, assessment items, scoring logic, report design, and software on 3volv3.ai are owned by 3volv3.ai or its licensors. Your personal report is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Career matches, pathway suggestions, and narratives are informational only. See our Disclaimer for additional limitations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3volv3.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on report content.
