The Career Intelligence Report and related digital deliverables are provided electronically upon purchase or assessment completion. Because access is immediate, refunds are generally not available once your report has been generated and delivered or made accessible via your session link.

2. Eligible refund requests

We may issue a refund at our discretion if:

  • You were charged in error or billed multiple times for the same purchase
  • A technical failure prevented you from accessing a paid report you purchased
  • You request a refund within 48 hours of purchase and have not viewed or downloaded the full report

3. Non-refundable situations

Refunds are typically not provided when:

  • You disagree with assessment results or career match suggestions
  • You completed the assessment but chose not to use the recommendations
  • You shared your session link and no longer wish to keep results private
  • Promotional or discounted purchases where terms stated "final sale"

4. How to request a refund

Email support@3volv3.ai with your purchase confirmation, session ID (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving legitimate issues promptly.
